Publishing & content

How does the daily publishing schedule work?
ContentLoop runs an autonomous research and drafting job once per day. The job scans topic gaps, picks the highest-leverage opportunity, and writes a full draft that lands in your review queue ready to publish.
Can I edit a draft before it publishes?
Yes — every draft stays in draft status until you hit Publish. Open it from the dashboard, edit the title, body, SEO metadata, or category, and only then does it go live on your site.
What happens when I publish to WordPress?
When you click "Sync to WordPress", the draft is pushed to your configured WordPress site via the REST API as a draft post. The local article stays in sync; you can publish from WordPress when ready.
Can I unpublish an article?
Yes — the review queue has an unpublish action for any article already live on your site. It reverts the article back to draft and removes it from the public archive.

Subscriptions & billing

What plans are available?
Three tiers: Starter ($29/mo) for a single agent and weekly cadence, Pro ($99/mo) for daily articles plus social and WordPress, and Business ($299/mo) for unlimited agents and dedicated support. Full breakdown on /pricing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation is one click from your account settings — no email required. You keep access through the end of the billing period and your drafts remain saved.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, switch any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you do not lose paid time.
What payment methods are supported?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual billing is available on Pro and Business tiers for a discount.

Notifications

Where do I see review-pending alerts?
The notification center at /dashboard/notifications lists every draft that has entered review. The bell badge clears the moment you open the page.
Will I be notified about publish failures?
Yes — if a WordPress sync or social post fails, it shows up under publish failures in the notification center with the exact error returned by the destination.
Can I add teammates to receive alerts?
Yes — /dashboard/settings/notifications accepts additional email recipients per workspace. Recipients get the same review and failure alerts you do.

Analytics

What does the article view counter measure?
Each public article view fires a tracking request on load. One count per page render — refreshes and crawlers are filtered at the edge.
Where can I see top-performing articles?
The analytics page at /dashboard/analytics lists every published article ranked by view count with a bar chart and date sparkline.
Do views from social media auto-posts count?
Yes — views come from the public article page regardless of referrer, so traffic from LinkedIn, Twitter, and RSS readers all count toward the total.
